I Brake for Stamps With Embossed Edges

I stamped this image months ago on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Super Smooth cardstock and just now got around to finishing it. It is Cherry Blossom with Dream from I Brake for Stamps. You really should look at her site. Della has one of the most complete stamps sites I have seen. Oh and here's another wonderful shopping advantage. She sells unmounted and will add cling mount for only 50 cents per item. Way to go Della!!!

Anyway, back to the image. It was stamped with Brilliance Galaxy Gold and painted with Twinkling H2O's. Then Glossy Accents and Amber Micro Beeds were added to the centers of the flowers. Stickles Diamond Glitter Glue was to the butterflies wings and Black Onyx flatbacks were added to the body of the butterfly with clear glue. Here's a close up below:

The embossed edges are from the new folder, Frills, by Cuttlebug. You can find out how to keep from having "Ridges" like Ruffles Potato Chips by going to Indigo Inklings, a really informative site about this. The dark blue background paper is some I bought with a Strathmore Pad eons ago. The ribbon is from May Arts.

Its been a while since I have posted and I want to thank you for stopping by "the blog" again to look. Hope you like the links I have posted to help you with your techniques and your cards. If you have questions, always feel free to email me using the link in the sidebar to your left.

The embossed edges are a beautiful touch, aren't they? I haven't purchased any of the new folders yet, but they sure are tempting me!

Great coloring too Shirley.
