Twinkling H2O Color Chart

Several people either emailed me or left a post that they would like to see the Charts I made for my Twinkling H2O's. I would also like to explain how I made them.

First I prepared the chart using WordPerfect. I used Table and asked for 16 rows and 7 columns. Last I used the feature "Make It Fit". I set up the cells so the text was at the top of each cell. Next I typed in the colors based on my old charts. I try to get the "like" colors together. I can't always do that. An example of this is the last and latest colors. I had to insert where I could, which means with the next set of new colors I will probably cut and past a new chart. It will be faster than doing the whole thing all over, which eventually I will have to do. LOL

For each color I wet the section first with just water. Next I add the color Direct From The Pot over the entire pre-wet area. Then I load my brush with more color DFTP. I start at the top and go only to about the middle. What happens next is kind of fun to see when it is dry. It kind of bleeds down gradually toward the light area. The purpose of this is to see the different shades each color has.

If you have problems downloading good charts from here, email me and I will send attachments that may be better. Hope these help.

Wow excellent!! I do mine this way too but I have them on several pages sorted by color family. Its so much easier to just flip through and chose the colors that will be just right. I also shade from intense to watered down, some pots you can get many different "colors" from one depending how much water you use. This is very cool, love it!
